We ship all of our t-shirt orders within 48 hours and this ensures that within Ireland you will have your order within a couple of days; within a week anywhere in Europe; and within two weeks worldwide. How’s that for customer services?

We can not guarantee 100% accuracy with the colours on your screen and what prints out on your t-shirt. The designs are 99% accurate but just remember that each t-shirt is hand screen printed to your order, so there will be slight variations.

Purchasing Terms & Conditions

You should understand that by using and purchasing from this website that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

· It is illegal to reproduce any of the dotties designs or logos.

· Your contract is with dotties, Kilderry School House, Kilnaleck, County Cavan, Ireland.

· You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an email to confirm this.

· Dotties use PayPal for online purchases.

· You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

· Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are subjects to our returns policy.

· Dotties reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.


Delivery Terms

After you have placed your order with weardotties.com we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. Our acceptance of your order and completion of our contract with you does not take place until the goods are dispatched to you. We will not be held wholly or partly responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods or services, or to comply with any other obligation.

Delivery and packaging charges are subject to chance but are outlined below:

Undelivered items are normally held in your local postal sorting office for 7 days, if it is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to us. If this is the case with your parcel you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.


Please note that as we do not deliver the orders ourselves and use a third party carrier, please do not ask us to leave your parcel in certain locations as we cannot ask the carrier to carry out duties not within their service provided. Also for security reasons and ease to understand address details, we cannot write messages on the parcels.

Customs

If your delivery address is outside Ireland, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.

Dotties may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel’s contents.


Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of a return or an exchange being required, please read our Returns Policy outlined below before you return your item. Failure to adhere t the correct procedure will cause delays.

An unwanted garment

Dotties garments are individually checked before dispatch to ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition and to avoid any faults.

Each customer is entitled to a 7-day grace period to return any unworn/unopened item for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received the garment in perfect condition as stated below.

We will ONLY refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we cannot refund an item if it is returned after the 7-day grace period. This is a total returns timeframe of 21 days.

If an item returned if found to be ineligible for return/refund/exchange for the reasons stated within these terms and conditions, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to resend the item.

Sending back an item

Returns should be folded and packaged in a manner that protects the item. Please take care to return the garment to us in the same manner that you received it in. Please understand that the item you are returning must be eligible for resale. Dotties reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during the return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Due to this fact that weardotties.com can except returns or exchanges on items that are found to have a strong smell of (cigarette)smoke, body odour, aftershave/cologne, perfume, cooking/food or stained by make-up. We will also not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged in any way.

Please keep your invoice if you would like to exchange any item. If you require a refund or exchange for any reason you much return the item in all of its original packaging, along with your original purchase invoice. Please keep a copy for your own records. Also include a brief note outlining your reasons for the return and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Please keep your invoice/paperwork away from the garment to avoid any ink transference in cases where the package may get wet which would render your return ineligible.

Returns or exchanges can take up to two weeks to process though we will always endeavour to sort out any issues as soon as possible.

Christmas Returns Policy

We understand that a lot of our orders a possibly gifts and that a lot of orders placed before Christmas are intended for opening only on that day, we therefore extend our Returns Policy t reflect this.

All orders made from November 1st until December 25th are subject to standard returns policy and terms & conditions but will reflect the Christmas issue. Please get in touch with our Sales Department as soon as you are aware that a returns is necessary by email customerservice@weardotties.com

Non returnable/Non refundable/Non exchange items.

Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for another item other than another for a reason of fault with the garment. Items may be reduced in price to clear.

Variations

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on this website. On doing so, we will mention the fact on our home page. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.

Liability

Dotties attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Dotties does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, Trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.

Dotties does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods products and services.

Dotties will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Dotties does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
